Both companies were pleased to be involved in this high quality individual new build development on the site of a former golf club at Park Lane, Reymerston.
The four plots of luxury four bedroom homes are part of a small exclusive development of stunning individual homes finished to an exceptional standard. This impressive build enjoys a high level of specification, with stylish contemporary fittings and high energy efficiency ratings, achieved in part with the excellent U-values offered by Westcoast Windows high performance composite windows.
Aluminum Clad Windows by TWN worked closely with developers R2 to supply and install the homes with high specification Westcoast Design Series 48mm triple-glazed windows and doors. The exterior was finished in the stylish dark grey RAL 7012 with the warm wood interior in a clean bright white. The full height windows are a particularly stylish feature, allowing natural light into the home, achieved with specially designed steel lintels.
The Design Series has been developed with contemporary architecture in mind, with a deeper glass unit to create a minimal step between outer glass and frame for maximum light, a flush finish and elegant lines. The Design Series contemporary composite windows and doors are available in a wide range of fixed windows, open out windows, open out doors and sliding doors and offer a U-value of 1.0 W/m2k for opening and 0.9 W/m2k for fixed windows.
