Project Description
Triple-glazed Westcoast composite windows and sliding doors transformed this contemporary holiday home on the Norfolk Broads.
Aluminium Clad Windows by TWN, were delighted to work on this two phase project for a distinctive contemporary holiday home near Wroxham, Norfolk.
Working closely with the client and the architect, William Glover who were chosen for their contemporary build experience, the project was completed in two phases. The first part was to renovate this individual home on stilts, and the second phase was to fill in the downstairs to create a unique upside down house with beautiful views across the River Bure.
Aluminium Clad Windows by TWN proposed the bespoke Westcoast Windows triple-glazed Design series composite windows, for high performance, exceptional energy efficiency and maximum light to take advantage of the stunning waterside views.
The low maintenance aluminium exterior was finished in the stylish dark grey RAL 7012 and the interior finished in clean, fresh white to complement the stunning contemporary open plan living area.
Large composite sliding doors glide effortlessly to create a bright, airy feel to the living area and open out onto the veranda to connect with the outside and the beautiful waterside views.
The client was delighted with the Westcoast Windows products, service and fitting provided by Rob and the team at Aluminium Clad Windows by TWN:
“I would just like to thank all the team at Aluminium Clad Windows by TWN for their help from the initial quotation stage through to installation, I am very happy with the overall appearance and specification which complements the architectural style of my house. The windows and doors have allowed me to achieve my desired end result with large openings that allow for an uninterrupted view of the outdoors.”
